Mario Party!

We had a Supper Mario Party for Noah's Birthday.
The Invites
Noah had his cosins and a few friends come to his party, We played games

But the most fun was when the kids got to use "powers" (water balloons) to defeat Bowzer (aka Jake) in the castle to rescue princess peach.
I made the boys Mario hats and the girls got a Princess Peach crown.

Pizza Bully

The other day we went to the park with some neighbor friends and we got some pizza for the kids to eat for lunch. The other little boys mom gave him a piece to eat (no, we normally don't let our 8 month old eat pizza) well Stone just crawled over to him took the pizza sat in the box and started guming the pizza. The picture says it all. (we did take the pizza away)

It all started with Noah's "friend" Dengay (not sure how to spell it???) Dengay was not always around but sometimes we had to leave a seat for him or wait for him. Then around the same time Noah's little brother was born he told us about another friend Sobeice. There is a house we pass quite often and he informed us that that was Dengay's and Sobeice's house. The other day he asked "when baby brother grows up can we call him Dengay?" I hope that it is normal for three year olds to have imaginary friends? And where in the world did he come up with there names? But for now sometimes we still have Dengay and Sobice come to our house to play.

Payson Temple

Read this Were so excited to get a new temple! We are so spoiled living here anyways but this one is so close to our house! I remember when they were building the Timpanogas Temple it was so exciting to watch them build and to be involved in the whole process. I am excited that my kids will be able to get the experience too!

Letters

I got the idea to put the alphabet on the wall of Noahs new big boy room here. This project was a lot of work I have been collecting letters since September, bought power tools and had to get a lot of handy woman advice from my Cousin. The room still needs more work, my mom made a beautiful vintage looking quilt, now I just need to get sewing and make some curtains, basket liners, pillows and I still need to buy a headboard. Ill have to post it when it is all done!

January Randomness

We are experiencing a little bit of the January blues. It is way to cold to go outside and play! Jake Started school again after having a month off. So we are feeling a little isolated in our house.

So we have been playing lots of trains.

Decorating ourselves with stickers.

But mostly just hanging out!
