On Monday night we had a pumkin family night. I made dinner in a pumpkin and then we carved pumpkins (well Jake carved them.) He carved two Kitty pumpkins because Noah loves kitties. I tried to take the easy way out and power drill stars into my pumpkin but as you can see it did not show up in the dark. Happy Halloween!

Dinner in a pumpkin, I made that for Halloween dinner. It is so tasty. I always double the recipe so we can have lots of leftovers. I only make it once a year so I have to make it count!
